CHAPTER 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its Members, and other necessary matters, in relation to the use of "WAND" and all related services provided by "Wand Co., Ltd." (hereinafter the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

  1. "Service" means WAND and all WAND-related services available to a Member, regardless of the device on which they are implemented (including PCs, TVs, handheld devices and other wired and wireless devices).
  2. "User" means a Member or non-Member who receives a service provided by the Company under these Terms.
  3. "Member" means a person who has provided personal information to the Company and registered as a member, and includes both Paid Members and Free Members.
  4. "Paid Member" means a person who uses the Company's services after paying the announced charges (the "Usage Fee"), including a person who uses the services by topping up credits. Unless otherwise stated, "Member" in these Terms refers to a Paid Member.
  5. "Free Member" means a person who has provided personal information to the Company and registered as a member and who uses the services within the limited scope permitted by the Company without paying a Usage Fee. Whether services are provided to Free Members is determined by the Company's operating policy.
  6. "Annual Member" means a Paid Member who has entered into a contract on an annual basis.
  7. "Term Member" means a Paid Member who has entered into a contract on a monthly basis.
  8. "Group Member" means a Paid Member subject to a contract where a contracting representative of a business has entered into a service agreement, under the limited service conditions offered by the Company, for the purpose of enabling multiple users belonging to that business to use the Service.
  9. "User ID" (the "ID") means the unique combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member and assigned by the Company for the identification of the Member and the use of the Service.
  10. "Password" means the unique combination of letters and numbers set by the Member and registered with the Company in order to verify that the Member identified by the ID is the person concerned.
  11. "Additional Purchase" means the purchase, on a per-item basis, of the specification draft function by a subscribed Paid Member in excess of the allowance included in the subscription fee.
  12. "Credit" means the unit of use deducted when a Member uses a paid function within the Service; one credit converts to KRW 10 (including VAT). Credits belong to the Member's account and may be used only by that Member; except for refunds under these Terms, they may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. This does not apply to transfers by operation of law, such as inheritance.
  13. "Credit Top-up" means a Member's purchase of credits (the "Purchased Credits") by paying for a top-up product determined by the Company.
  14. "Free Credits" means credits granted to a Member without charge by the Company, for example as a sign-up benefit or promotion.
